Saturday, November 4
The Citadel Dance and Music Center
91 Hinkley St, Benton Harbor, MI 49022
Gemini performs a show for adults, consisting of original songs, as well as classic songs of the 1960’s folk revival. For part of both sets of this concert Gemini will be joined by a wonderful children’s choir called “All God’s Children Community Choir” and their co-founding directors, Larry and Sandy Feldman. Comprised of a racially diverse group of boys and girls, ages three to eighteen, the choir was formed in 2001 with the goal of bridging the racial divide in the Benton Harbor - St. Joseph area. Gemini has sung with “All God’s Children” a number of times in the past, and are honored to have them join in this performance — both because of what they add to the concert musically, but also because of the hope for racial harmony which they represent.
